TECH NET rescheduled for Sunday April 19

18:00 (6pm) on Mesa Bravo

Join us for our tech net on Sunday! Bring your GMRS radio, antenna, Meshcore questions and get answers. Our Tech Team will be hosting and providing answers to your questions!

This will be a directed net, designed to keep things organized and flowing smoothly:

  • We'll take groups of check‑ins
  • Work down the list for comments or questions
  • Open it up to the audience for additional contributions, tips, and discussion

Whether you’ve got a technical question, a solution to share, or just want to listen and learn, all are welcome. New ops, seasoned gmrs, and curious listeners encouraged to jump in!

Saturday, May 9 - "4x4 4Food"

MCRC is colaborating with NotARubicon Productions to hold the first annual 4x4 4Food Off-Road Run Food Drive and Raffle! Note that you do NOT need to be a member to participate! Donate food for the raffle and join us for fun in the dirt.

Please check back for the new date -- Get ready to lace up your boots for the MCRC Annual Hike! This year, we're taking on the legendary Bridge to Nowhere in the San Gabriel Mountains National Monument. Built in 1936 and famously stranded after the great flood of 1938, this iconic concrete arch bridge is one of SoCal's most unique historical relics.

Looking for a welcoming, family-oriented Club with serious coverage and serious heart? The Mesa Crest Repeater Club is proud to operate six high-performance GMRS repeaters that span nearly all of Southern California — from the mountains to the coast to the desert, we’ve got you covered.

Why Join Us?

Access to our club‑operated GMRS repeaters in socal is available through club membership. Your annual dues of just $65 enables repeater maintenance, upgrades, and scheduled community events. We provide a supportive environment for all ages and experience levels, opportunities to learn, connect, and serve — whether you're a seasoned operator or just starting out.

We’re Family-Oriented

That means we keep conversations respectful and inclusive — we welcome all generations No profanity, political debates, or religious discussions — we strive to be a neutral space for everyone from all walks of life Be kind, be helpful, and remember: someone’s child or grandparent might be listening One repeater request is all it takes to get started once you're a member. From there, you’ll have access to our full system and a community that’s as passionate about radio as it is about people. Come for the coverage — stay for the camaraderie.
